Sustaining homes. Sustaining lives.
With a growing income gap throughout Puget Sound, SHAG offers homes at 'do-able' rates, as well as connection to neighborhood support, services, and a vibrant community where older adults can live independently at home.
Committed to What Matters
Founded in 1988, Sustainable Housing for Ageless Generations (SHAG) is a non-profit dedicated to providing stable homes and connected communities for older adults at all income levels. Now serving more than 5,000 residents in 30 communities, SHAG is the largest sponsor of affordable housing for older adults in the region, and the sixth largest in the country.
