Sustainable Housing for Ageless Generations (SHAG) is a non-profit organization and the largest provider of senior apartment homes in Washington State. SHAG has senior living communities in 15+ locations around the Puget Sound region.
All of our SHAG senior living communities have age restrictions that residents must meet in order to qualify for an apartment. The age and income restrictions differ between communities.
