With a dedicated pet walk area, our community is just the place for your best buds, and for you to meet fellow pet lovers.
Boulevard Place has a two-pet policy per senior apartment and we welcome small cats and dogs who are less than 20 lbs. There is a non-refundable $250 fee per pet that is due at move in.
We ask all pet owners to be respectful of their fellow residents. Dogs must be on leashes when passing through common areas and owners are also required to pick up after them.
