Title: Corporate Compliance Administrative Assistant *ENTRY LEVEL*

Location: Corporate Office - Puyallup

The Compliance Administrative Assistant participates as a key member of the corporate compliance team. The Compliance Administrative Assistant provides administrative support in a fast-paced, high volume environment to the designated Compliance Specialists on a full range of duties and responsibilities in the area of compliance and general property management. The Administrative Assistant will independently administer several assigned responsibilities always ensuring excellent customer service and projecting a positive, professional company image. Title: Corporate Compliance Administrative Assistant *ENTRY LEVEL*

Location: Corporate Office -- Puyallup

Type: Full-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

This position requires knowledge of property management duties and operations. This position will travel daily to assigned properties and requires you to have a valid Washington State driver's license and clear driving record.

Here's what we're looking for: The Roving Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the Rental Eligibility Application process including new applications and annual certifications, third party verifications of income and assets, and completion of the Household Eligibility Certification, using Yardi affordable module. The ideal candidate has comprehensive knowledge of section 42, tax credit compliance guidelines, attention to detail and strong customer service skills. The Roving Compliance Specialist will also work on site (with the Community Managers) to assist in help with county housing programs, data entry, and any clerical assistance, as needed.

This is a full-time, hourly / non-exempt position, compensation is DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick and holiday pay.

  • 2+ Experience in Tax Credit / Section 42 Compliance
  • 2 years of Property Management experience. Experience is required to apply

We are looking for a Community Manager to take charge of all phases of day to day operation of the community. We believe in supplying our residents with the best housing experience possible and we develop and maintain courteous, service oriented relationships with tenants, and responding to and resolving resident's concerns.
This is a full-time, salaried exempt position, compensation is DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick and holiday pay.

Here's what you'll primarily be doing in this position:
• Supervision of all site personnel
• Resident relations and retention
• Leasing and marketing
• Community outreach
• Monitoring of overall building maintenance and unit turnover
• Rent collection
• New lease signings and renewals
• Accurate paperwork and showing available apartments

Here's what you need to succeed in this position:
• 3 years of Community Management or industry experience. Experience is required to apply
• 2 years of LIHTC Section 42 Tax Credit Experience
• Have general knowledge of residential/property management laws/guidelines
• Knowledge of and experience in the senior living industry is preferred
• Have good organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented, extremely organized and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to handle emergencies and difficult situations with good judgment
• Weekend coverage may be required depending on occupancy

Maintain the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Perform general maintenance and work orders including light electrical, light plumbing, painting, patching, and grounds maintenance. Other duties as assigned.
