1. Conservatory I: all household members must be at least 62 years of age.

2. Conservatory II: all household members must be at least 55 years of age with one member being at least 61 years or disabled.

3. Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:

     Conservatory Place I
         One-Person Household: $17,400
         Two-Person Household: $19,880

     Conservatory Place II
         One-Person Household: $15,225
         Two-Person Household: $17,395

Each of our buildings boasts a beautifully enclosed courtyard, complete with a cascading fountain. During the warmer months, patio furniture will be placed in the courtyard for the enjoyment of our residents and their guests. A recreation room is located on the first level of each building, and each is furnished with a big-screen television and VCR for use by our residents. For those who wish to participate, various activities will be arranged including monthly potlucks. We also have an assortment of games and puzzles available for use in the recreation room.
