There are 55 apartments
of the total 279 apartments in the Sunset Apartments that are available only
to applicants whose household income is equal to or less than 50% of the area
median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income
may not exceed the following amounts:
One-Person Household: $23,850
Two-Person Household: $27,250
Income verification is required of all members of Applicant’s household with respect to the aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has no impact on future rents or eligibility.
