Each member of Applicant's household must be age 55 or older and at least one member must be at least age 62 or older.

Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
     One-Person Household: $26,100
     Two-Person Household: $29,820

There are 55 apartments of the total 279 apartments in the Sunset Apartments that are available only to applicants whose household income is equal to or less than 50% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
     One-Person Household: $21,750
     Two-Person Household: $24,850

Each of the three buildings in the Sunset Garden Apartments complex offers an array of amenities including a professionally decorated community/recreation room, that boasts a big screen television, a film library, arts and crafts, an assortment of games, books, and puzzles. The community/recreation room can also be reserved by residents for private family celebrations. Various activities will also be scheduled in each building for those residents who choose to participate, including monthly potluck dinners, birthday celebrations, trips to various locations, and other activities proposed by the residents.
