Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:

Two-person household: $42,240
(Reduced income qualifications may apply to lower rental rates.)
Income verification is required of all members of Applicants household with respect to the aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has no impact on future rents or eligibility.
