Age

Each member of the Applicant’s household must be age 55 or older at the time of application and at least one member of the Applicant’s household must be age 62 or older at the time of application. 


Income

Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
One-person household: $30,120
Two-person household: $34,440

(Reduced income qualifications may apply to lower rental rates.) 

Income verification is required of all members of Applicants household with respect to the aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has no impact on future rents or eligibility.

Sunset Gardens residents create their own community by working together for others, from supporting their local Boy Scouts of America, to group knitting and quilting to make blankets for the military, cancer patients and preemie babies. Activities abound at Sunset Gardens, with potlucks, parties and planned outings.
