Age

Conservatory Place I: Each member of the Applicant’s household must be age 62 or older.
Conservatory Place II: Each member of the Applicant’s household must be age 55 or older and at least one member of the Applicant’s household must be age 61 or older by the end of the current year or disabled.

Income

Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
Conservatory Place at 40 percent of area median gross income: 

One-Person Household: $20,080
Two-Person Household: $22,960 



Conservatory Place II at 35 percent of area median gross income:
One-Person Household: $17,570
Two-Person Household: $20,090

Income verification is required of all members of Applicant’s household with respect to the aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has no impact on future rents or eligibility.
