Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
One-person household: $36,960
Two-person household: $42,240
(Reduced income qualifications may apply to lower rental rates.)

 


Lifestyle & Activities

Birdwatchers love living on the Cedar River, and dog walkers too! Access to the local shops and restaurants is easy. The local library is across the street and antique shops, restaurants, banks and the Senior Center are also within walking distance. Some residents make a weekly visit to the Renton Farmers Market to buy fresh, locally grown produce.

At the community, residents enjoy each other’s company with potlucks, salmon bakes, casino trips, holiday bazaars and holiday morning breakfast! For those who love the arts they enjoy being near the IKEA Performing Arts Center.
