Age

Each member of the Applicant’s household must be age 55 or older and at least one member of the Applicant’s household must be age 61 or older by the end of the current year or disabled.

Income

Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
One-person household: $36,960
Two-person household: $42,240
(Reduced income qualifications may apply to lower rental rates.)

58 apartments are set aside for disabled persons. 45 apartments and up to 58 apartments may be occupied by non-elderly disabled persons.

Lifestyle & Activities

There is a social buzz at Auburn Court, where residents enjoy theme dances, barbecues, pizza parties, game days, bingo and the arts. Auburn Court even has its own band, The Shaggy Band, that is part of the Good Ol’ Days Parade at the annual Good Ol’ Days Festival, where residents man our arts and crafts booth.

The Auburn Senior Center is just minutes away as is excellent medical care.
