Rents & Eligibility

*Includes water, garbage, sewer, and hot water. Expanded basic cable TV is available for $35.00/month. 

Age

Each member of the Applicant's household must be age 55 or older and at least one member of the Applicant's household must be age 62 or older at the time of application or disabled.

Income

Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
One-person household: $36,960
Two-person household: $42,240
(Reduced income qualifications may apply to lower rental rates.)

We offer many activities to our residents that take place in our community rooms, such as playing cards, billiards or simply visiting with friends and family. Some of our activities include monthly potlucks and birthday parties. Once a month we go on a casino bus trip!
