Gowe Court Apartments
Titus Court Apartments
Webster Court Apartments

Our Kent apartments participate in a program designed to maintain affordable rental apartment homes for age and income qualified senior residents.

SHAG operates six affordable senior housing apartment buildings in Kent. This page shows our three buildings that are in the downtown area. (Click Here to see our three buildings that are West of Highway 167 which we refer to as our Tri-Court buildings.)

Our three downtown Kent apartment buildings were constructed between 1994-1997. All are four-story buildings, are serviced by an elevator, and are access controlled. Some apartments are handicap accessible and contain modifications. There are laundry facilities on each floor.

Please call our on-site Resident Manager for detailed information.
