least one member of the Applicant's household must be age 61 or older
by the end of the current year or disabled.

apartments in Meeker Court Apartments, and 104 apartments in Park
Court Apartments are available for the following income qualification
as well ( to qualify to rent these apartments, the annual household
income must not exceed the amount listed in one of the following
categories):
40 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $24,000
Two-person household = $27,400
At least 27 apartments in the Green River Court Apartments;
at least 26 apartments in the Meeker Court Apartments; and at least
26 apartments in the Park Court Apartments are set aside for elderly
disabled persons.
Income verification is required
of all members of Applicant’s household with respect to the
aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month
period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has
no impact on future rents or eligibility.
