Shag's Meeker Court and Park Court apartments are two of three buildings in Kent that make up the Tri-Court apartments (in addition to Green River Court.) These apartments participate in a

in Green River Court Apartments, 103 apartments in Meeker Court Apartments,
and 104 apartments in Park Court Apartments are available for the following income qualification as well ( to qualify to rent these apartments, the annual household income must not exceed the amount listed in one of the following categories):
40 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $23,600
Two-person household = $26,960
At least 27 apartments
in the Green River Court Apartments; at least 26 apartments in the Meeker Court
Apartments; and at least 26 apartments in the Park Court Apartments are set aside
for elderly disabled persons.
Income verification is required of all members of Applicant’s household with respect to the aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has no impact on future rents or eligibility.
