Wood Rose Apartments participate in a program designed to maintain affordable rental apartment homes for age and income qualified senior residents.

The two building, three-story WoodRose Apartments complex is located on a bus route for convenient access to shopping, medical facilities, and recreation. The buildings are access-controlled, and each is serviced by an elevator. There are 107 one-bedroom and 90 two-bedroom affordable senior apartments at WoodRose Apartments. Some apartments are handicap accessible and contain modifications. There is on-site management. Laundry facilities are on each floor.

There are 69 apartments of the total 197 apartments in WoodRose Apartments that are available only to applicants whose household income is equal to or less than 50% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
One-Person Household: $20,550
Two-Person Household: $23,300

Each of the two buildings at WoodRose Apartments offers an array of amenities including a professionally decorated community/recreation room, that boasts a big screen television, a film library, arts and crafts, an assortment of games, books, and puzzles. The community/recreation room can also be reserved by residents for private family celebrations.

Various activities will also be scheduled in each building for those residents who choose to participate including monthly potluck dinners, birthday celebrations, trips to various locations, and other activities proposed by the residents.
