Qualifications


At least one person in the household must be age 61 or older by the end of the current year or disabled.

Annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
               One-Person Household: $35,400
               Two-Person Household: $40,440


15 apartments total are available only to applicants whose income is equal to or less than 35% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
               One-Person Household: $20,650 
               Two-Person Household: $23,590


224 apartments total are available only to applicants whose income does not exceed between 40% and 48% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income must not exceed the amount listed in one of the three following categories:
              One-Person Household: $23,600 (40%) $26,550 (45%) $27,360 (48%)
              Two-Person Household: $26,960 (40%) $30,330 (45%) $31,248 (48%)

The remaining apartments are available only to applicants whose income is equal to or less than 60% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
              One-Person Household: $35,400
              Two-Person Household: $40,440

At least 58 apartments total are set aside for disabled persons.
At least 45 apartments and up to 58 apartments may be occupied by non-elderly disabled persons.
