50 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $29,500
Two-person household = $33,700

60 percent of area median gross income:
One-person household = $35,400
Two-person household = $40,440

Income verification is required of all members of Applicant’s household with respect to the aggregate anticipated household income over the ensuing 12-month period. Annual re-certification of income is also required, but has no impact on future rents or eligibility.
