Qualifications

Each member of the Applicant’s household must be age 55 or older and at least one member of the Applicant’s household must be age 61 or older by the end of the current year or disabled. Each member of the Applicant’s household must execute a Rental Eligibility Application. All apartment units are subject to a maximum household income limitation due to the compliance requirements of certain applicable governmental regulatory agreements and housing assistance programs which enable the Landlord to offer affordable rents to age and income-qualified households.
