Each of our retirement communities participates
in a program designed to maintain affordable rental apartment homes
for age and income qualified senior residents. The qualifications
are building specific. Please contact the Resident Manager or call

Our buildings and apartments are wheelchair
accessible, and many contain barrier free
apartments. The specific modifications vary community to community.
Please contact the specific community you are interested in to
inquire about the modifications that are available.
Our retirement communities are access controlled. Using an intercom system at the building entrance(s), visitors can ring the telephone in the apartment of the person they have come to see. The tenant can use their telephone keypad to allow the guests to enter the building. Each of our buildings has full fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

Our buildings have a very low rate of vacancy.
In the event that a unit is not immediately available for lease in
the building you are interested in, please ask the resident manager
to add your name to the waiting list. For information on one of

There are a number of lease options available
including 6, 12, 24 month and longer term leases. Please contact the
Resident Manager for additional information.

Small pets weighing 20 pounds or less are welcome. There is a two-pet maximum per household, and a pet fee is due at move in. Management reserves the right to restrict or refuse types of pets.

In compliance with State and Federal laws, we accept Section 8 certificates and vouchers.

For the convenience of our residents, coin-operated laundry facilities are provided at all of our affordable living communities.

Our Resident Managers keep a listing of agencies
that are available to assist with personal care needs, household tasks,
and transportation. Some agencies do charge a fee for services. For
more information, please ask the Resident Manager.
